My Approach

I am qualified within the person-centered approach.

This means I am interested in your personal journey and feelings and what this is like for you individually, rather than applying your experiences to anyone else.

I will work with you each step of the way, together, to help you navigate how you feel and reach your therapeutic goals. We will review our work every 6 sessions to make sure our sessions are still helpful and you feel comfortable with our work so far. 

It is important that you find the right counsellor for you. This is based on how comfortable you feel with them and also their area of expertise. Below you can see which areas I am most experienced in and where I can best offer my personal and professional experience.
